Shipping: We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, because our products are custom-made, delivery times may vary. Please contact us for specific shipping times for your order. Additional shipping fees may apply for international orders or special delivery options.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders are generally non-refundable, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
5. Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
6. Cancellation Policy
Custom orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has commenced. If you wish to cancel an order before production starts, please contact us immediately. Depending on the timing, we may be able to accommodate your request.
